MOQUIP directly managed stores only accept repairs for customers who have purchased MOQUIP products on this website or in-store.
Repair details (partial list)
・Leather maintenance ・Repainting edges ・Repairing frayed stitching ・Replacing hooks and other parts ・Resizing and drilling holes in shoulder straps and belts
We also handle other services besides those mentioned above, such as watch battery replacement and part replacement, so please feel free to contact us if you need help.
Repair procedure
1. Please contact us via our official LINE account or by email or phone to our directly managed store to confirm the details and status of the repair.
Please let us know the date of purchase, the item, and your contact information.
2. Send or bring the item for repair to our store.
After arrival, we will contact you within 7 days to let you know whether the repair is possible, what will be repaired, and an estimate of the cost and number of days required.
4. Once the repair is complete, we will ship the product to your specified address or pick it up in-store.
5. Repair fees will be paid on delivery if you choose to have the item shipped, or paid at the store if you choose to pick it up.
